    Instructions

    1. Begin with a properly fired shelf cone 04 Bisque. Moisten a clean sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust making sure not to over saturate the bisque.
    2. Brush three coats of FN-054 Pistachio to the centers of the plates brushing slightly past the center onto the border.  Brush the border and back with FN-053 mint using a CB-604 Soft Fan. Color should fade from Pistachio to Mint.
    3. Place SL-431 Boom stencil in the center of the plates, use the 2" foam roller to roll SC-16 Cotton Tail over the stencil (this color will help block out the background color). Roll with little pressure in different directions.  This will prevent color from bleeding under the stencil. Roll three to four coats letting the color dry between coats.
    4. Let dry without removing the stencil.  Roll 4 coats of SC-11 Blue Yonder over the stencil in the same manner as in step 3. Allow to dry.
    5. Move the stencil slightly to the right, roll lightly and evenly with SC-15 Tuxedo. Roll just partially into the last layer of petals.
    6. ST-127 Crackle stamp must be cleaned prior to using for the first time.  Rub a scotch bright pad and liquid soap over the stencil, this will allow the stamp to accept the glaze without bleeding.
    7. Roll ST-127 Crackle with SC-15 Tuxedo, do not roll the entire stamp only roll about 2/3rd of the stamp so the edge is uneven. Press the straight edge of the stamp at the edge of the plate so the uneven edge is towards the flower.
    8. Fire to a shelf cone 05/06.
